When Health Meets CRVS
Integration of CRVS and Health Systems
Proactive engagement between CRVS authorities and the health sector helps ensure births and deaths are notified early, verified accurately and followed through to registration. By embedding registration pathways in health facilities and community health platforms, countries can reduce missed events, improve vital statistics and make legal identity services more accessible for families.
